Michael C. Williams is an American actor, writer, and producer best known for playing “Mike” in The Blair Witch Project, one of the most influential found footage films ever made. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a background in theater, Williams became closely associated with the rise of modern found footage horror through his naturalistic performance style and improvised work in the landmark indie film.
