Mullins may be best known for her role as the vain former Broadway leading lady Hilary Booth in Remember WENN (1996 - 1998). She also had a recurring role in the first season of Crossbow (1987) and had guest appearances on several other shows. Notable film appearances include What About Bob? (1991) and Dennis the Menace (1993).
