Biography

Screenwriter and director for film and television, Rodrigo is the writer, director and editor of the psychological thriller 'Covil'. Wrote the dystopian Sci-Fi action thriller 'Animal Race', directed by Oscar nominee Fernando Meirelles. Wrote, directed, produced and edited the horror drama 'Lacuna' (2021). Created, developed and wrote the three seasons of the TV series 'Family Matters' (2014). Developed and wrote the horror drama series 'The Forgotten Valley' (2022) and the feature film 'The Awakener' (2018). The adaptation of the controversial comic book also became a TV Series (Turner/Space), also written by Rodrigo. Developed and wrote the TV series 'Killer Vacation' (2023) and in partnership with filmmaker Sergio Rezende, wrote the feature film 'Em Nome da Lei' (2016). Rodrigo also developed exclusive narrative content for Amazon Studios, Globoplay, Globo TV, HBOMax and Turner. Alongside iconic filmmaker Carlos Diegues, wrote the feature film 'Deus Ainda é Brasileiro' (2024).
