Charles Brewer was born on September 30, 1946 in Harris County, Texas, USA as Charles Ray Brewer. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, now known as the John P. and Kathrine G. McGovern Medical School at UT Health, in 1979.He was an actor. He died on April 27, 1991 in Harris County.
