PAANO ANG PUSO KO (1997)

Ruben and Cecile are childhood friends who have feelings for each other that they do not yet understand. When Ruben's cousin, Jason, returns to the Philippines from the States, he meets Cecile, and despite their different social backgrounds, the two fall in love.
