THE BUILDERS OF THE VILLAGE (1997)

Based on the same name fable by Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani the animation tells a story of a fox kidnaps Rooster, the president of forest and makes the old eagle the new president, who turns out to be the better for the forest.
